• Trained, facilitated and coached major distributor of audio equipment through a complete redesign and 5S of warehouse; moved over $18MM of inventory, reduced ship time by half and improved safety.
• Completely redesigned core business flow and systems of nation’s largest privately held automobile auction house.  Automated entire auction process, reduced cycle time of paper processing by 95%, improved customer service, eliminated overtime and increased services provided to save over $500K per year.
